The Yard Collective ("we", "us") is a Dubai-registered house of artificial botanicals. This privacy notice explains what we collect when you use our site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

When you browse the catalogue, we collect anonymous analytics — pages visited, referrer, device type — to understand which pieces resonate.

When you converse with The Salon (the in-page assistant), the conversation is processed by our language-model partner under their data agreement. We do not use conversations to train models.

When you place an order or fill an enquiry, we collect what's needed to fulfil it — name, address, telephone, email, payment instrument — and nothing more.

Order data is used to ship your piece, to handle returns, and to send you the care note. Marketing emails are opt-in only; you can leave at any time, in one click, from any email we send.

Logistics partners (delivery couriers in the UAE), payment processors (Stripe), and our analytics tool. None of them are sold the data; they are passed it under contract, only what they need to do their part.
